Resource Group Newsletter Template
A newsletter only works if people read it. That means leading with something worth their attention, keeping it short enough to scan in two minutes, and making every section earn its place. Use this template as a starting point. Cut sections that don't apply to your group this month - a newsletter with three strong sections beats one with seven thin ones. Recommended frequency: monthly. Recommended length: short enough to read in under two ...
Promoting Events Internally
You can plan an excellent event and still get poor turnout. Most of the time, the gap isn't the event but the promotion. Employees are busy, inboxes are full, and a single announcement sent two weeks out rarely moves the needle. Effective promotion involves making the right case, to the right people, with enough lead time that attending feels like a real option. Start with the Value, Not the Logistics Most event announcements lead with the w...
How to Present Impact to Leadership
Resource groups often do significant work that leadership never fully sees because it gets reported in a way that doesn't connect. But the difference between a sponsor who does that and one who lends their name to an email signature comes down almost entirely to how the relationship is built and maintained. Most sponsorship relationships underperform becaus...

Add Your Belong365 Calendar to Microsoft Teams

Open Microsoft Teams and navigate to your Teams Channel.

1.Click on + sign

2. Click on “Website”

3.On next window, update tab name as desired. In URL field, paste your calendar link

4. Your Belong 365 HUB should display in your Microsoft Team Channel Tab.

Previously, you could add a website as a tab in a Microsoft Teams channel using the “Website” tab, allowing the site to load directly within Teams. However, as of July 2024, Microsoft has changed this behaviour for security and privacy reasons. Now, when you add a website using the “Website” tab, it will open in a new browser tab instead of within the Teams interface
