Happy Mahavir Jayanti
Mahavir Jayanti is a significant Jain festival that celebrates the birth of Lord Mahavir, the 24th and last Tirthankara (spiritual leader) of Jainism. Devotees commemorate this day by visiting Jain temples, participating in religious processions, and engaging in acts of charity and compassion. They offer prayers, recite religious hymns, and seek inspiration from Lord Mahavir’s teachings of non-violence, truth, and spiritual enlightenment. The festival is marked by sermons, meditation, fasting, and engaging in acts of self-discipline and self-control.
